Our Transformational Dance Workshops are all about spiritual growth, not personal wellness. We use guided dance meditations and channelled healing.
Through the dance meditations we let go of all the old stuff that is limiting us and invite all the new, which will enrich us. We focus on the participants’ co-creative force, guiding them to let go and receive on a deeper level.
In between the dance sequences we cleanse chakras, guide movement exercises and meditations. We work within a large healing field, which we have created prior to the workshop, which helps us work with each participant’s process individually. We take turns in guiding the group and in working with those participants who are quick to enter transformation, or help those who may need more help with getting the process going.
We use the healing field consciously, by inviting influxes that will unite body and soul and offer an energetic upgrade, which makes our vibrational level transcend permanently. It is a process that transforms us, allowing us to be completely present in our lives, guided by our soul’s higher consciousness, letting us be in touch with our joy of live and our creative force.
Besides the dance sequences, movement exercises and meditations, we work at recoding thought patterns that are blocking the transformation. Thought pattern healing is a healing system that we have found works really well together with our Transformation dance.
We open the body for more life, more you, more enjoyment, more divine contact. We view the body as the anchor of life, through which everything flows. We work with becoming able to feel ourselves, thus coming into contact with all else.
Our vitality and joy of life are essential for us human beings in order for us to unfold and express ourselves in the world as the essences we truly are, behind our masks and manmade identities. We work with letting go of the story that has kept us locked in certain unhealthy dynamics and patterns and lower level vibrations. And we cleanse and open the doors for a greater contact with our higher self, so we can feel and allow more life, joy, and more pizazz.
We view sexual energy as our natural life source. It is the energy that helps us express ourselves through our creativity and joy of life. We don’t just work with sexuality as a force that arises between partners, but as an internal force within the individual, that we can use to help release and go deeper into our own creative and sexual energy, opening up for more pleasure in all areas of life.
We work to transform all that is holding us back, not allowing us to feel ourselves and to shine, not allowing us to be in contact with our souls.

The course facilitators
Signe has worked intensively for over 16 years with psychological and spiritual processes. She is educated in various healing systems – Reiki Healing, Theosis Healing, Access Consciousness and Advanced Sound Wave Energy Therapy as well as clairvoyance.
She has formerly been in association with The Golden Circle, and has worked intensively with meditation, light therapy and spiritual therapy. Signe has always had the ability to keep the space and work with energy, and during a healing she is constantly clairvoyantly alert and sees all that is going on in the DNA, the cells, the body and the energy system as well as the correlation between behavioural patterns and life situation.
Besides working with healing and spiritual transformation Signe has worked professionally with creative work and creative processes in the film industry for 20 years, and she has insight and a passion for people, relationships and dynamics.
Signe loves to help others become conscious and is herself an invitation to us all to unfold and outlive our full potential and let the beauty of the soul shine out of us!
Timiann has 20 years of experience with healing, both people and animals, meditation, channelling, shamanism, space clearing, teaching and therapy. Among other things she is educated in Huna, Reiki Energy Mastery, Theta Healing, Advanced Sound Wave Energy Therapy and Imago Relation Therapy.
Her many years of working with animals, has sharpened her ability to communicate without words. She often uses soul singing during healing, as the language of the soul cannot be understood mentally and thus goes directly to the source, opening and healing body and mind.
One of her strengths is her ability to create and uphold a safe space where healing and transformation can happen. She is good at witnessing on several levels and noticing correlations.
Her great passion lies in transformative relationships and conscious sexuality.
